Can you solve the mystery? Step into our interactive maize maze and become a nature detective as you uncover clues, eliminate suspects and discover fascinating wildlife facts to answer one important question… who ate the golden cob?
Take on the Field of Adventure
Keep the fun going in our brand-new Field of Adventure, packed with giant outdoor games for the whole family. Challenge each other to oversized classics, enjoy a little friendly competition and make memories together in the great outdoors.

Make the most of your summer adventure with our fantastic programme of FREE daily activities, all included in your admission ticket. From hands-on wildlife experiences to creative crafts and outdoor adventures, there’s something happening throughout the day.

| 11:00am | Pond Dipping – Grab a net and uncover the hidden creatures living beneath the surface of our ponds. |
| 11:40am | Flamingo Talk – Meet our iconic flamingos and hear fascinating facts from our expert team. |
| 12:00pm – 12:30pm | Wild Roots Crafting – Get creative with nature-inspired crafts that little adventurers will love. |
| 2:15pm – 2:45pm | Den Building – Build, create and explore using natural materials in our woodland setting. |
| 3:00pm | Pond Dipping – Another chance to discover the amazing underwater world if you missed the morning session. |

The Great Cornspiracy Maize Maze
Step into our giant maize maze and become a detective as you follow a trail of evidence, eliminate suspects and uncover the truth behind The Great Cornspiracy. Search for clue boards hidden throughout the maze, examine the evidence and decide which of our unlikely suspects could be responsible.

This August Bank Holiday, we’re welcoming a very special visitor to Pensthorpe…
Bluey will be making personal appearances on Monday 31st August, bringing even more excitement to what promises to be one of the biggest family days of the summer.

Adults Only Date Night
As summer gives way to autumn, we’re opening the reserve exclusively for grown-ups to enjoy Pensthorpe in a completely different light. Wander through five stunning gardens, discover incredible wildlife, enjoy exclusive keeper talks and activities, tackle our giant Maize Maze and relive your childhood in our award-winning outdoor play areas.
