Walks and Talks

Join our experts for a range of eye-opening wildlife experiences to learn more about the plants and personalities that call Pensthorpe home.

Closer to nature

Whether you’re an expert or a novice, a solo adventurer or with a brood of little chicks, we host a number of wildlife walks and talks throughout the year to make nature more accessible to you and enhance your nature knowledge.

Eye-opening wildlife experiences

Open your eyes to the natural world by attending one of our wildlife walks and talks.

On some days, we have warden pop-up sessions where you could be meeting some marvellous moths or dissecting an owl pellet. On other days, we have Guides in Hides where our knowledgeable volunteers are on hand to answer any questions you may have about nature or help you identify our wild inhabitants. See our Welcome Board on arrival to see if they’re about!
