Five Cottages is a Grade II listed building overlooking our picturesque lakes. Lovingly restored after being derelict for many years, it was once home to Pensthorpe Estate’s farm workers. Now, as well as event spaces, it also is the perfect space for your wedding.

Garden Room
With stunning views across the water, this intimate and tranquil space includes bespoke Italian marble features and an adjoining courtyard. With capacity for up to 65 people, the room can be configured to meet your needs .
Water Court
The Stunning Water Court is included in the hire, have your wedding outside, or use it for photos and an extra space throughout your special day, if you choose to host your event into the evening, the scene is set with ambient lighting and a stunning backdrop.
Catering
Our chef team have various catering options for your special day from Afternoon Tea, BBQ, canapes, sit down meals or buffet style, there is somethign for everyone.
