North Norfolk Pole is a fully ticketed, capacity-managed experience where every guest attending occupies a place within the event.

For this reason, we are unable to offer complimentary carer tickets and all guests, including carers and companions, require a valid ticket.

Yes. Annual Pensthorpe Members receive a 10% discount on North Norfolk Pole tickets.

Yes. Every child attending North Norfolk Pole will take part in the Build-A-Teddy experience and receive their own cuddly friend to take home.

No. Every child will receive the same specially selected cuddly friend as part of the Build-A-Teddy experience.

Yes. Every person attending, including babies and infants, requires a valid ticket.

Your booked timeslot is the time for your dedicated Santa visit and Build-A-Teddy experience.

Please make a note of your booked time when making your reservation.

Yes. Each family enjoys a dedicated and personal visit with Santa.

No. Your Santa visit is reserved exclusively for your booking group.

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before your booked Santa timeslot.

However, North Norfolk Pole is designed as a full day festive experience, so we encourage guests to arrive earlier and enjoy everything Pensthorpe and North Norfolk Pole have to offer before their Santa visit.

Yes. You are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy North Norfolk Pole and Pensthorpe before your Santa visit.

Absolutely. Once you have completed your Santa visit and Build-A-Teddy experience, you are welcome to continue enjoying the attractions and activities for the remainder of the day.

Please allow plenty of time for your journey and arrival.

Due to the scheduled nature of the event and the likelihood that many sessions will be fully booked, it may not be possible to accommodate late arrivals. If you miss your allocated timeslot, we cannot guarantee that your Santa visit or Build-A-Teddy experience can be rearranged.

North Norfolk Pole tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to the popularity of the event and limited capacity within each session, changes to bookings may not be possible.

As part of your North Norfolk Pole ticket, you can enjoy a complimentary session in Indoor Play.

To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and avoid overcrowding, Indoor Play operates on a pre-booked timeslot system during North Norfolk Pole.

You will be asked to select your preferred Indoor Play timeslot during the booking process.

Yes. Indoor Play is included within your North Norfolk Pole ticket.

No. Indoor Play sessions must be booked during the reservation process as capacity is managed throughout the event.

Yes. A Festive Afternoon Tea experience is available to book separately.

Please allow at least 1.5 hours between your booked Santa and Build-A-Teddy timeslot and your Afternoon Tea reservation to avoid any overlap and ensure you can fully enjoy both experiences.

Yes. The experience has been designed to be accessible and we welcome guests with mobility requirements.

The experience includes both indoor and outdoor elements.

As parts of the experience take place outdoors, we recommend warm clothing and suitable footwear.

The nearest toilets and baby changing facilities are located within WildRootz, which is on the route to North Norfolk Pole.

Additional facilities are available throughout Pensthorpe.
