This may half term, join us for ‘Super Heroes of Nature’
From 24 May – 1 June, test yourself in the nature based Super Hero academy and challenge yourself on the inflatable activity zone!
Want to find out if you’re a Super Hero or Super Villain of nature? This is the event for you!
Nature is full of the most amazing super heroes. Our countryside is full of things that can hear things you can’t hear, see in the dark and lift weights that would put a super hero to shame! Join us to take part in our Super Hero academy from Saturday 24 May to Sunday 1 June.
The academy team will put you through your paces and see if you can hear like a bat, see like a badger and pull as much as a mouse!
But, as you know with every good hero, there are the baddies too – our Super Villains! Find out how they affect our environment and how we can create the best spaces to let our native wildlife thrive.
New for 2025, we are welcoming our inflatable activity zone, kids (and grown ups alike!) can challenge themselves and each other on the Super Hero obstacle course. The 42 foot course includes a biff n bash section as well as an up and over slide. You will need all your super powers to complete it!
Alongside the inflatables and academy, your day ticket also includes:
- Pond Dipping
- Giant den building
- Hootz House indoor play
- Wild Rootz outdoor play
- Spotter trails around the reserve
- Flamingo Talks
- Nature Table
You can also take a tour on the Discovery Explorer to see our magnificent 700 acre site up close. *additional fee applies
And just when you think it can’t get any more exciting, you can take part in our competition!
Even better news? If you buy a summer membership pass for just £30 per person when you visit, you’ll be able to enjoy unlimited visits from 23rd July – 2nd September and we’ll refund today’s admission too!
