Discover winter ducks & evening roost
One of our expert wardens will take you on a guided walk around the lakes giving you information about all of the wild winter ducks. The walk will finish at the wader scrape where you will see the birds flying in to roost at sunset.

A new walk and talk for 2023. One of our Reserve Wardens will take you on a guided walk around the lakes giving you information about all of the varieties of wild and rare winter ducks you are likely to see and their natural behaviours.
The walk will finish at the wader scrape where you will see the birds flying in to roost at sunset.

- We have limited the number to 16 people for this event to ensure you receive the best possible experience, so please ensure you book early to avoid disappointment.
- Wrap up warm and wear suitable footwear for a wander around the reserve.
