**APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN

How to apply:

  • An application form must be completed in full for consideration and a copy of your public liability insurance, (minimum £5million cover) must be provided. There will be no exceptions to this, applications will only be considered once an application form and a copy of insurance has been received.
  • Deadlines for applications is Sunday 5th May, we are unable to accept any applications received after this date.
  • Once all applications are in we will review all applicants, we try not to have more than 2 of the same category of supplier. We look at all applications fresh each year as we do not keep data from previous years or previous suppliers, which means there is no guarantee of a repeat booking if you have exhibited before.
  • If you are successful, you will be contacted by the end of May via email and you will have 14 days in which to pay for your stand. If payment is not made within that time your stand will unfortunately be released to suppliers on the waiting list.
  • Please note we are limited on space and always have more applications than stall space available, therefore unfortunately not all applications will be given a space, applications will be approved based on the offering, to ensure we have variety for our guests.
