Very cold and windy start to the day and very little numbers of birds in the drive.
Thing improved as we made our way to Wensum Wetland with large Tit Flock just before the Monet Bridge (Blue and Great Tit, Goldcrest, Robin, Long-tailed Tit and Chiffchaff).
At the wetland hide 160 Greylag, 42 Mallard etc. and a solitary Green Sandpiper.
The farmland hide was deserted.
The woodland produced the usual gang, but no Marsh Tit.
Wader scrape produced 446 birds mostly Greylag 126, Lapwing 100 and Coot 54.
Highlight was a single Dunlin and Kingfisher (seen twice), and the resident Green Woodpecker was calling in the distance.
Moon water held 149 Black-headed Gull, 80 Common Gull and 131 Herring Gull.
Large numbers of Large White butterflies, seen in the sheltered spots.
53 species 1411 birds
