25% off all food and drink, plus free hot drinks or squash whilst on duty.

Shop

25% off all items, except for shop food/drink items – which have a 10% discount instead. If an item is already reduced for any reason you will not receive staff discount in addition to this.

Admission

Staff members are allowed to visit the park at no charge when they are not on duty and bring up to 5 guests with them.

Pensthorpe Explorer

Staff and guests can go on the Explorer Tour (when not on duty) if there are spare seats not sold to the public. This does mean checking with admissions team close to the departure time to see if there are any seats available.
